- Built the company's assumption-driven 3-year pro forma in Excel, projecting $4.39M of Year-3 revenue from subscription and venue-advertising streams; all forward figures are estimates, not realised results
- Modelled premium conversion, app-store fees, venue revenue, CAC, infrastructure costs, operating expenses, and an illustrative LTV using a one-year customer lifetime
